From this month Thomas De Nicolo and Cristian Bruno became part of our family, young and talented designers ready to contaminate with vivacity the many developments where Leanfa is now engaged for two years in the assorted world of ISM applications.
`I felt at home from the first working day in Leanfa,` Thomas says with satisfaction, `because the work environment is friendly and exciting, every day we experiment and we share everything, and soon my ideas have become catalysts for innovative solutions for an important customer operating in the food industry. I feel particularly satisfied in experiencing that my knowledge in the software field finds a swift connection to solving real problems of the industrial world`.
Cristian, smiling as he carefully places two probes of his beloved oscilloscope, admits: `At first I was afraid that being the youngest of the family would give me little scope, but I had to change my mind soon. My ability to quickly turn into a prototype an idea previously shared in a meeting has immediately given me a prominent role in the Company and after less than a working month I have actively contributed to implement circuit solutions conceived on a paper. Electronics are my passion and creating solutions for ISM applications is a privilege which brings me to work with the latest-generation hardware for customers who long for reliable and efficient solutions... I simply work and have fun!`.
